Collegiate organizations of all types, whether they're small clubs or large Greek chapters, struggle with planning events at times their members are able to attend. Acquiring the schedules of every member is time-consuming, and keeping them updated when commitments change is impossible. Attempting to sift through large amounts of schedules to find a time that fits everyone is difficult at best, and impossible at worst.
We seek to make this process easier. With this application, organizations will be able to sort and view mass amounts of schedules with the click of a button. Options exist to simultaneously display all members with commitments on a certain day, or to view individual times where certain members are free. Mobile support allows users to input changing commitments instantly, allowing for a constantly available and updating calendar at your fingertips.
